This is a traditional Sauna cabin built to Finnish/Trumpkin design specs. We were frustrated with the low ceilings, and poorly designed sauna kits currently on the market. So we set out to build a functional kit sauna, one that the Finns would actually call a sauna. A minimalist, timeless design that creates a comfortable, relaxing sweat, not the feeling of suffocation. With so many pseudo saunas on the market today using "Finnish design" as a marketing buzzword, we wanted to bring REAL Finnish design to the people. The Finns have been perfecting sauna for thousands of years and we believe in using the principles they've discovered. That is why The Essential Sauna Cabin was born.

What’s Included?
This kit includes all the pre-cut materials and instructions necessary for quick assembly, allowing you to build a high-quality sauna structure without the extra time and hassle of traditional/custom construction.
✔ Solid wood walls (38mm thick, double tongue-and-groove, interlocking corners for a tight seal)
✔ Pre-cut roof structure (ready for roofing material of your choice)
✔ Tongue-and-groove floor boards (can be modified for drainage)
✔ Built-in sauna benches (pre-cut for proper height and airflow)
✔ Pre-hung door with wooden handle
✔ Assembly hardware and instructions
Please Note:
The ceiling requires you to provide your own insulation and tongue-and-groove ceiling boards. We plan to include these in future kits, but for now, this allows you to save on shipping by sourcing insulation locally and gives you the flexibility to customize your wood choice for the ceiling.
Additionally, the customer will need to purchase their own heater and electrical components. If needed, please feel free to reach out to us, and we’d be happy to assist you in sourcing a high-quality sauna heater that fits your needs.

This sauna structure follows authentic Finnish design principles, inspired by "The Secrets of Finnish Sauna Design" and Trumpkin's notes on proper sauna construction.
With an approximate size of 8x8x8.5 feet (finished interior measurements), it provides:

We can offer full sauna installation services in Ontario. Outside of Ontario, this kit can be shipped across the US and Canada. Please note this is DIY kit and will require you to build many crucial elements yourself.
