  • Any advice, guidance, or support we provide — through email, drawings, or written communication — is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your build complies with local building codes, electrical codes, and safety regulations.

  • You should consult qualified professionals for all construction, foundation, electrical, and heater installation work.

Our kits are sold “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee suitability for your site, conditions, or climate.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knotty Sauna Co., its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from or related to:

  • Improper use, assembly, or installation of the sauna kit;

  • Use of tools, equipment, or heaters;

  • Electrical or stove installation performed by unqualified individuals;

  • Bodily harm, burns, smoke inhalation, fire, slips, or falls;

By purchasing or using our products, you assume full responsibility and risk for installation, use, and maintenance.

5. INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

All electrical, stove, and chimney installations must be performed by licensed professionals in accordance with local regulations and manufacturer requirements.
Failure to do so may result in fire, injury, or death.
You are solely responsible for ensuring proper and safe installation, operation, and maintenance of your sauna.
