Shipping Policy
Ship Times & Standard Procedure
Our saunas are currently built to order. Build times can vary from season to season, the sauna is usually built and loaded on the truck 3-5 weeks after ordering. Distance to destination affects shipping time, please email us to get an estimate on your location!
For longer distance shipments (to the United States and further across Canada), the sauna will be shipped on a Flatbed truck. If you have forklift machinery available, or able to deliver to a location with a forklift/loading dock that's great. Otherwise, pieces are easily carried by hand, and you will have an hour to unload. Please refer to our Flatbed Shipping Policy for all the details.
In both cases, you will be kept informed when your sauna is built and ships. You will then be connected with the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. We will try our best to arrange delivery around your schedule. Please note that long haul deliveries may require some flexibility on your end. We can provide more accurate timelines in the days leading up to the delivery.
Delivery Day
Flatbed deliveries will either be offloaded by hand or with a forklift (see Flatbed Shipping Policy)
The most common option is unloading by hand. The sauna kit will arrive neatly stacked and packed.
The individual log components are easily handled by any able-bodied person. To expedite the process, we recommend having at least 2 people to unload. The heaviest piece will be the door.

A couple helping hands to unload your sauna goes a long way! If you have a Dennis, you're pretty set.
