Refund policy

At Knotty Sauna Co., every sauna kit is made to order and prepared carefully for shipment. Because of the nature of our products — large, custom-built DIY kits — we do not accept returns once materials have shipped.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will always work with you to make things right.


1. No Returns on Shipped Orders

Due to the size, weight, and custom nature of our sauna kits, all sales are final once your order has shipped.
Returned freight and restocking orders are not possible. Please ensure all specifications and details are correct before placing your order.


2. Missing or Damaged Components

If any part of your kit arrives missing, defective, or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@knottysauna.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will promptly review the situation and find a resolution.


3. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on timing and production status:

  • If materials have not yet been allocated or prepared, we may be able to issue a refund minus any processing costs.

  • If your order has already entered production or been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


4. Our Commitment

While returns aren’t possible, our goal is always your satisfaction.
If something isn’t right, reach out — we will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
