Delivery Day

If you are within the radius in Canada, your sauna be offloaded by an attached forklift. While flatbed deliveries will either be offloaded by hand or with a forklift (see Flatbed Shipping Policy)

The sauna kit will arrive neatly stacked and packed.

The individual log components are easily handled by any able-bodied person. To expedite the process, we recommend having 1-2 people assist you in to moving pieces to the build site. The heaviest piece will be the door.

How you can expect the flatbed shipment to arrive

The wood comes neatly stacked. Every component besides the door is easily moveable by one person

A couple helping hands to unload your sauna logs goes a long way!
